Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days using. Shipping is sent through Canada Post or UPS.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elation Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Elation Collective is not responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping. Please contact us if there are any issues when receiving your item(s) so we can help you (the buyer) to process a claim through the correct avenues.
